The Enzo Ferrari is a 12-cylinder Ferrari supercar named after the company's founder, Enzo Ferrari. It was built in 2003 using Formula One technology, such as a carbon-fiber body, F1-style sequential shift transmission, and carbon-ceramic brake discs. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics. After a downforce of 775 kg (1709 lb) is reached at 300 km/h (186 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that downforce.

The Enzo's V12 engine is the first of a new generation for Ferrari. It is based on the architecture of the V8 found in sister-company Maserati's Quattroporte, using the same basic architecture and 104 mm bore spacing. This design will replace the former architectures seen in V12 and V8 engines used in most other contemporary Ferraris. The 2005 F430 is the second Ferrari to get a version of this new powerplant. In 2004, Sports Car International named the Enzo Ferrari number three on their list of Top Sports Cars of the 2000s.

Revell BMW 635 CSi 1/24 Scale

The successor to the E9 3.0CSi coupe, the 6 Series E24 sport coupes were produced from March 1976 to April 1989. Over 86,000 E24's were built during the production run.The initial models of the E24 were the 630 CS and 633 CSi. The 633 had a 3210cc six-cylinder fuel injected engine producing 200bhp at 5500 rpm. The 630 CS had a 2986cc six-cylinder engine with a Solex 4A1 carburetor developing 184bhp at 5800 rpm.

Standard transmission on both models was a 4-speed Getrag 262/9, with an optional 3 gear ZF HP-22 auto transmission. The suspension was a heritage from the E12 5-series, but it was refined for even better performance. Later, the 635 CSi, L6 and M6 models were produced.
The E24 set several standards for BMW. One of the highlights in the dashboard of the E24 was a test panel with 7 green lights showing the status of engine oil level, brake fluid level, brake lights, brake pad wear, tail lights, coolant level, and windshield washer level. The concept of the "check control" test panel has been used widely in BMW models ever since.

Monogram Lamborghini LP500S 1/24 Scale

The first series of Countach's were known as the LP400 followed by the LP400S in 1978. The engine was further increased in 1982 to 4.8 liters and the model designation changed to LP500s. The LP500S was Lamborghini's response to Ferrari's 'Boxer' car, the 365 GT4. It was called 'Boxer' because it used a horizontally opposed engine which resembled a boxer boxing. Ferrari's response to the LP500S was the Testarossa. Once again, Lamborghini answered by creating the Quattrovalvole that produced 455 horsepower.

Electric fans and large ducts located behind the door helped with keeping the mid-engine V-12 cool. By placing the engine in the middle, better handling was achieved through better weight distribution. The body was made entirely of alloy except for the fiberglass doors.
Trunk space was limited. Both the front and the rear had minimal compartments for storage.
A rear spoiler was optional and provided extra down force and stability. It also looked good as well.
